Workshops:The workshops begin at 5pm Wednesday 23 July and end at 1pm Sunday 27 July .

We will enjoy a programme of workshops together and there will be plenty of free time. You can arrive earlier and stay on after the workshops if you want. We do recommend that you try to stay overnight on the Sunday - if it is possible for you.

Workshop Cost : The cost for the workshops is €165.
Registration will take place at 4pm by the pool where the hotel will provide small snacks and drinks.

The Hotel Caproig is on the outskirts of Playa de Aro (St Antonio Calonge). Playa de Aro is 20 kms from Girona and 120 kms from Barcelona . The hotel is in a silent part of the area, on a cliff directly overlooking the sea and complete with its own beach (reached by an elevator), terraces and swimming pool. It is a privately owned hotel with a warm friendly atmosphere and superb location. The hotel has a rustic feel and the ambience is romantic and very special. We find this a perfect setting for us to enjoy our holiday together.

Hotel Rooms: Please book your rooms directly with the hotel and tell them you are on the Biodanza Workshop - there is a special reduced price for workshop participants (as below). Rooms are 2 sharing twin beds rooms, double bed rooms or 3 or 4 sharing rooms. The cost includes breakfast and delicious and substantial evening dinner.

Superior Sea View Room : €76 (These are particularly beautifully positioned rooms so book early as they are very popular) Not available as single room.

Please ask if you need people to share a room with people we can help you with this - otherwise you can go ahead and book your room direct with the hotel.

Flights: Search for cheap flights to Girona or Barcelona!- Transavia, Ryanair or KLM. Keep checking the internet for cheap flights which come up at intervals.

Hotel Transfers: The Hotel will arrange transfers from the airport but you need to inform them in advance. Check hotel website for costs www.caproig.com .

Directions: Public Transport: From Playa de Aro to St Antonio Calonge -the direction is towards Palamos
From Barcelona Airport : take the train to Arc de Triomf - cross the road to the main bus station where you can get a bus to Playa de Aro. It is better to get off the bus in the Playa de Aro town centre and get a taxi to the Hotel. (although buses fom Playa de Aro to (St Antonio Calonge) Palamos will stop right outside Hotel Caproig)
From Girona Airport : Take the bus to Girona and then take a bus to Playa de Aro and then a taxi or a bus from Playa de Aro to the Hotel.
